Leora Kesten Roth is a partner in the firm.
Leora began at the firm as an intern in 2003, continued as an associate and is now a partner. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, arbitration and intellectual property. She provides ongoing advice to private companies and public benefit companies on all aspects of corporate governance as well as commercial matters, including manufacturing and licensing agreements, investments, share purchase agreements and mergers and acquisitions.
Specializing in intellectual property, Leora regularly advises clients on a broad spectrum of intellectual property issues, including public institutions undertaking mass digitization projects and collaborations with cultural and educational institutions and representing authors and publishers on a broad range of issues. She also advises clients on matters related to compliance with applicable Israeli and foreign privacy and data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Leora’s practice also extends to representing clients in the energy and infrastructure sector including desalination projects. She has extensive experience in maritime matters, including all aspects of the tendering, acquisition, chartering and registration of ships in various jurisdictions.
As part of the firm’s International Arbitration Department, Leora represents clients in institutional and ad hoc international commercial arbitration, including multi-billion dollar disputes in complex international cases.
